SODIUM ASCORBATE VITAMIN C DRINK

To make this vitamin C drink, you will need:

1. One 8 ounce drinking glass

2. A set of kitchen measuring spoons

3. A spoon (for stirring)

4. YANGGE BIOTECH 100% Natural Vitamin C Powder

5. Sodium Bicarbonate Powder (Arm & Hammer Baking Soda)

6. Approximately 2 to 3 ounces of warm to slightly hot drinking water

In a dry 8-ounce drinking glass, mix 5 g of  Vitamin C Powder (one level teaspoon) and 2.5 g Baking Soda (1/2 level teaspoon). Add 2 ounces of warm to slightly hot drinking water. A violent reaction occurs, generating (CO2) bubbles. Stir for 10 to 20 seconds or until bubbles slow, and the solution turns clear. This reaction creates 5.62 grams of Sodium Ascorbate (NaA), 1.25 grams of Carbon Dioxide gas, and 0.51 grams of water. Consume within 10 minutes, as Sodium Ascorbate will react with oxygen in the air to lessen potency.

For children 3 to 12 years old, use half the adult serving amount, i.e., 1/2 level tsp Vitamin C Powder and 1/4 level tsp Baking Soda. After stirring and the solution has turned clear, add 4 ounces of fruit juice.
