3. Chromatographic condition

Alltech prosphere C4 300A(150 mmx4.6 mm),

4. Test steps

Take sample and lactoferrin standard reference 0.1g each, both add 10ml grade 1 water (or NaCl solution), and go through 0.45μm filter membrane, then we get the sample solution and the reference solution. Use 50μl each to test at 280nm, and make the same remaining time (about 10min). The main peak is the peak of Lactoferrin. Calculate all the peak area among the twice remaining time.
